CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment — this helps us hold that time for other clients and preserve time with our own families. We understand that emergencies happen, and we'll always do our best to work with you. To cancel or reschedule, please call us or use our online booking portal.
